Penne With Sun-dried Tomato Sauce

  • Prep Time: 15 Minutes (Total Time: 30 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes (oil Packed), Undrained
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cups Light Cream Or Half-and-half
  • 1 package (10 ounce) Penne Pasta Or Rotini Pasta, Cooked, Drained
  • 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves Or 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
  • 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked, Drained
  • DRAIN tomatoes, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the oil. Cut tomatoes into thin strips. Cook and stir tomatoes and garlic in reserved oil in medium saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes.

    ADD cream, peas, mustard and basil; cook 5 minutes or until heated through.

    PLACE hot cooked pasta in large bowl. Add sauce; toss to coat.
