Chicken 'n Pasta With Vegetables

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total Time: 17 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Cut-up Fresh Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Broccoli, Mushrooms)
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 2-1/4 cups Bow Tie Pasta (6 Ounces), Cooked, Drained
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 100 Percent Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    ADD chicken breast strips and pasta. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through.

    STIR in cheese.

    Chicken 'N Pasta Carbonara

    Use 1 cup each sliced fresh mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Pieces or Bits instead of the fresh vegetables listed. Cook the mushrooms in hot oil as directed. Add chicken breast strips, pasta and bacon; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in the tomatoes and cheese.

    Chicken 'N Pasta Primavera

    Prepare as directed, using cut-up fresh asparagus and sliced mushrooms instead of the fresh vegetables listed. Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes just before serving.
