7-layer Mexican Salad

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total Time: 3 Hours 20 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 2
  • 1-1/2 cups Torn Spinach Leaves
  • 1 small Tomato, Seeded, Chopped
  • 2 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives
  • 1/2 cup Canned Kidney Beans, Drained, Rinsed
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • LAYER spinach, tomato, onions, olives, beans and cheese in serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and salsa. Cover.

    REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
